Lighter, Fresher Legs
How it works
Pressure moves in waves from the feet upward. That pattern is used to help move fluid through the limbs, which is why compression is explored for heaviness, puffiness and recovery after training, travel or long periods on your feet.
Who it's for
- Finishing a heavy training block or a long day standing
- Noticing tired, heavy legs after travel
- Wanting a recovery option you can do while you rest or read
What to expect
A firm, rhythmic squeezing that most people find pleasant rather than uncomfortable. You can read or talk throughout, and people often describe their legs as feeling lighter when they stand up.
Not suitable with a known or suspected blood clot, an active leg infection, open wounds, or uncontrolled heart failure.
We screen before your first session and will say so if it is not right for you.
Compression Therapy is one part of a plan, never the whole of it. These are the concerns it is combined into at IZEL; which of them applies to you, and what sits alongside it, is decided at your assessment.
