The role of technology
Technology should not be the hero.The person should be the hero.
AI should help us understand people better — to educate, to guide, to explain, to build trust. The website should be a digital consultant, not a digital brochure. You should feel you are having a conversation, not filling out a form — understood before you are ever offered a solution.

We don't need to build everything at once, chase every new technology, or impress anyone with machines. We need to create meaningful experiences — everything else finds its proper place around that.
The long-term dream
