Deep Heat & Unwinding
How it works
Sustained warmth raises skin temperature and widens the blood vessels near the surface. Heat exposure is studied for circulation and is used here for muscular release and for the slow shift toward calm that tends to follow.
Who it's for
- Holding tension through the shoulders, back or legs
- Wanting to close a recovery session slowly rather than abruptly
- Struggling to switch off at the end of a demanding week
What to expect
Warm, still and quiet. You come out when you have had enough, cool down and drink water. Heat is not a competition here.
Not suitable during pregnancy, with unstable cardiovascular conditions, or with blood pressure low enough to leave you light-headed on standing.
We screen before your first session and will say so if it is not right for you.
Sauna is one part of a plan, never the whole of it. These are the concerns it is combined into at IZEL; which of them applies to you, and what sits alongside it, is decided at your assessment.
- Energy & RecoveryBounce back faster from training, travel and everyday strain, with a recovery routine built around your week.Opening soon
Curious whether Sauna suits you?
Start with a consultation. We look at what you are dealing with first, then say plainly whether this is the right thing for it.
Tell us a little about your goals and our team will design a personalised recovery plan for you.
