Strength, Measured
Smart Digital Strength Training is not yet open at IZEL, so we are not taking bookings for it and no appointment can be made. Everything below explains what it is and how it is intended to be used, so you can decide whether it is worth your time when it opens. If it is, register your interest and we will get in touch then.
Register your interest →How it works
Resistance is set for you at a starting point and recorded, so what changes session to session is based on what was actually done rather than on memory or guesswork. The seated, guided setup is why it suits people newer to strength work or returning to it after time away — the machine controls the path of movement while you focus on the effort.
Who it's for
- New to structured strength training and wanting a supported introduction
- Returning to exercise after a period of inactivity, illness or injury
- Wanting resistance and progress tracked rather than estimated by feel
What to expect
You are guided into the machine and shown the movement first. Resistance starts at a comfortable, low point and is set for you, with technique watched throughout. What changes over following visits is based on how you are actually doing, not assumed.
Supervised use only — you are not shown the machine and left to it.
Technique is taught and checked before resistance is increased, and existing joint, cardiac or other conditions are reviewed with you before you begin. Suitability is decided at that review and we will say so plainly if it is not right for you yet.
We are not taking bookings for Smart Digital Strength Training and nothing can be reserved today. Leave your details and we will let you know once it opens — no appointment is made, and no time is held.
